John R. Croak

John R. Croak has been around FNB most of his life as well. He is the third generation of Croaks to be employed by the bank that his grandfather, Henry, purchased in 1954. John was born and raised in Midwest City where he graduated from Midwest City High School in 1985. He is also a 1990 graduate of The University of Oklahoma where he received a B.A. in Communication. He furthered his education through the Oklahoma Bankers Association receiving degrees in Basic Banking, Consumer Lending and Commercial Lending. As a third generation Banker, John began his career at FNB in 1983. John has worked in various capacities for First National Bank, ranging from an entry-level position as a courier to managing a Branch. He was elected to the Board in 1997. In early 2002 John began working within the Bank's Central Credit Division. John is now Senior Vice President and Manager of the Central Credit Division and a member of the First National Bank Board. John is active within the community through the YMCA, Midwest City High School Museum and Wickline Methodist Church. John and his wife Heather have two children and live in Oklahoma City. Barbara Fox

Barbara Fox came to FNB in 1999 after moving from SW Kansas. She began as a commercial loan processor/closer and is currently Assistant Vice President and credit analyst. She attended Panhandle State University, Seward Co. Community College, and Rose State College. She is a graduate of OBA Commercial Lending School. Dynette White

Dynette White joined FNB in 1999 in the Central Credit Department and shortly thereafter moved to the Loan Processing Department where she was promoted to Commercial Loan Processor/Closer. She moved back to the Central Credit area as supervisor in 2004 where she is now Assistant Vice President. She attended Bethany College in Kansas and Rose State College and has had numerous classes and seminars with OBA and RMA organizations. She is involved in two metro area PTAs and the Relay for Life. Joe Koster

Joe Koster has over 20 years banking experience and has been with FNB since 1995. He is currently Vice President and Consumer Underwriter. He is responsible for consumer and residential real estate underwriting, system administrator for loan application processing software, and supervisor of the Central Loan Processing Department. He also does in-house training on lending compliance and trains other bankers through the OBA in real estate lending, documentation and compliance. Tammi Brumley
