Tim Ballard

Tim Ballard has been in banking since 1978 and with First National Bank since 1990. During his banking career, Tim has worked in all areas of bank operations including teller, audit, investments, computer operations, Director of Human Resources and most recently Comptroller. He is a Senior Vice-President, Operations Division Manager, serving on the President’s Advisory Committee and on the Board of Directors for FNB. Tim earned a Banking and Finance degree from Rose State College and a Bachelor of Arts degree in the Management of Human Resources as well as a Master of Science in Management degree from Southern Nazarene University. Over the years he has successfully completed numerous OBA schools, BAI Audit Schools, and Graduate Schools of Investments and Human Resources. He serves on the Business Division Advisory Board of Rose State College, is active in several local community organizations and is a member of the Midwest City Optimist Club. Mr. Ballard has contributed to the Eastern Oklahoma County communities by teaching several business and legal courses as an Adjunct Professor at Rose State College from 1999-2010. Carolyn Fanning

Carolyn Fanning has been with FNB since 1990 where she began at the Del City branch as Customer Service supervisor. She then moved to the main bank in the transit department where she has been assistant supervisor, supervisor and now Assistant Cashier. She has been in banking since 1969 primarily in the operations areas. She was graduated from Del City High School and has attended Rose State College. She is involved with the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life each year. She and her husband have four grown children and 10 grandchildren. They reside in the Oklahoma City area. Debbie Chalifoux

Debbie Chalifoux has been with FNB since 1981 beginning as a teller at the motor bank. She progressed to the account department where she has been a clerk, supervisor, administrative assistant and now Assistant Cashier. She was graduated from Rose State College with an Associate Degree in Business Administration. She attends First Christian Church where she is a deacon and is involved in the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life. She and husband, Paul, have two children and reside in Choctaw. Michelle Bryant

Michelle Bryant is currently an Assistant Cashier. She has been with FNB since 1991 and has worked in various capacities including the safe deposit/customer service departments, teller and in the CIF department where she is currently. Rita Moore

Rita Moore has been with FNB since 1980 and has served in various capacities beginning as a discount department teller then supervisor. She has been in the ATM/CIF department since 1995 where she is currently Assistant Vice President. She has a total of 28 years banking experience and was graduated from Rose State College. Cristi Turman
