William H. Croak has been around FNB most of his life. He is the third generation of Croaks to be employed by the bank that his grandfather, Henry, purchased in 1954. He was born and raised in Midwest City and graduated from Midwest City High School in 1982. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Science in 1989 from The University of Central Oklahoma. He attended OBA Banking School at Oklahoma State University, Bank Marketing School at The University of Houston and OBA Financial Statement Analysis. He was also a member of the Midwest City Chamber of Commerce Leadership Class of 1990. After a variety of positions at FNB, Bill is now the Senior Vice President/Division Manager of Sales and Service. He serves as a member and secretary of the bank's Board of Directors. He is deeply involved in his community and church activities. He served as 1996 MWC Chamber of Commerce Chairman of the Board and a member of the Wickline United Methodist Men. Other civic duties include Board of Trustees of the Rose State College Foundation, Inc, and membership in the Del City and Choctaw Chambers of Commerce. He is a member of the Bank Marketing Association, Oklahoma Bankers Association and American Marketing Association. He and his wife Sherri have three children and reside in Eastern Oklahoma County. Michael D. Van Sickle began his career with First National Bank in early 1996 as Director of Teller Services. He was quickly promoted to Vice President & Retail Sales Manager for the bank. Mike is responsible for any aspect that would affect a customer. He specifically manages, the new account origination, consumer loan origination, teller operations, call center operations, mortgage lending, Internet presence and product presentation. Mike is also administrator of the First National Banks Internet products, including FNB Online and E-Corp, a complete cash management system. Jason Bell has lived in Eastern Oklahoma County his entire life. He is a 1989 graduate of Harrah High School and a 1994 graduate of the University of Oklahoma with Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. He has been in lending since 1995. Jason is a graduate of Leadership Midwest City Class of 2000 and currently serves as an ambassador and board member for the Midwest City Chamber of Commerce. Bob Bishop is Vice President/Commercial Banking Officer and has been with FNB since 1996 after working in the banking industry since 1991. He was graduated from The University of Oklahoma. He brings to the bank a varied business background, which includes being a managing partner in a restaurant business, owner/operator of a variety ladies' shoe store and was a manager/merchandiser for the OKC/Dallas area of a large department store chain. His community involvement includes Midwest City Rotary Club, Commercial Real Estate Council, Oklahoma City Arts Council and the Oklahoma City Festival of the Arts. Carolyn Panaras started with FNB in 1986 as a Customer Service Representative. She then moved to the Special Services Department where she was promoted to the supervisor of Customer Service in 1991. Her overall understanding and knowledge of banking is a benefit in her current position as Assistant Vice President and Personal Banking Officer. Carolyn is a life time resident of Del City and was graduated from Del City High School. She completed the OBA Consumer Lending School at Oklahoma State University, and graduated with honors from the Midwest City Leadership Class of 2000. Jennifer Day has been with FNB since 1994. She began her employment as a teller and was quickly promoted to the ATM/CIF department. She was again promoted to the position of Personal Banking Assistant, Administrative Assistant and most recently Assistant Vice President. She is directly responsible for opening new customer accounts, taking loan applications, and establishing CDs and IRAs. Angie Dowdy began her banking career in 1982 and has been with FNB since 1986. She started as a Transit Clerk and was promoted to ATM Clerk followed by ATM Coordinator. In that position, she oversaw the ATM/CIF department. She is currently Assistant Vice President in Personal Banking in the main bank. She provides all of her 3200+ customer base with her knowledge of banking and financial services. Sandy Elledge has been with FNB only a short time where she is the Mortgage Originator. She has 12 years experience in mortgage lending and 28 years in real estate sales. Cheryl Ritterskamp is a lifetime resident of Midwest City and graduated from Midwest City High School in 1972. She continued her education at Rose State College for two years. She truly has worked her way up through the rank of FNB. She began as a trainee in the Proof Department in 1972. From there she advanced to a full-time position in the Imprinting Department through 1973-1974 when FNB printed their own checks. In 1975 she moved upstairs as a credit clerk and then was promoted to the Loan Department. She began her tenure as a Loan Secretary then moved on to the position of Administrative Assistant helping customers with their loan needs. She was named Consumer Loan Officer in 1994 and promoted to her current position as Vice President/Personal Banking Officer in March of 1995. Theresa Privette joined FNB in 1990. After a variety of positions, she is currently a Vice President/Commercial Banking Officer. She has over 19 years experience in all aspects of banking.Theresa was born and raised in Del City, graduating from Del City High School. Cliff Robnett joined FNB with the acquisition in June 1990 of Exchange National Bank of Del City. He was with Exchange since 1981 and has been in banking since 1969 when he was a part-time teller. Previous banking experience includes 12 years in the Operations Division and the balance of his service in the lending area. Cliff is now a Vice President/Branch Manager at the Del City office where he is responsible for all aspects of his customers' needs, including new accounts, CDs, and lending opportunities. He has been in the Mid-Del area for 23 years and is married with two children, three granddaughters and one grandson. Bonnie Savage has been in banking since 1969 with ten years off during that period to raise her children. She has been back with FNB since 1988 with two previous years in 1977 and 1978. She began working as a teller and had experience in several departments including New Accounts and Safe Deposit Boxes. The last several years have been spent as a Personal Banking Officer directly assisting her customers with all of their financial needs. She is currently a Vice President and branch manager of the Douglas office. One of her previous honors was being selected as Employee of the Quarter. Kelly Stanford joined FNB in January 1995. She started as a part-time teller and was subsequently promoted to the Shift Leader position. She later became the Motor Bank Supervisor. Kelly moved to the main bank as a Personal Banking Assistant. She then went to the commercial banking area, as a Commercial Banking assistant followed by Commercial Banking Officer and currently is Assistant Vice President/Commercial Services Officer. Sandy Breed has been with FNB since 1998 and is currently Vice President/Branch Manager at the Harrah branch. She has held positions previously at FNB as a teller, teller supervisor, commercial teller, personal banking assistant and administrative assistant. Mary Sandhop is FNB's Teller Services Coordinator and has been with FNB since 1998 involved in all aspects of teller work. She was graduated from St. Gregory's College, the University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma Christian University. She is involved with St. Francis Parish in religious education and as a choir member/cantor. She participates in the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life each year. Mistie Gibson-Kennedy joined FNB as a Personal Banking Officer at our Choctaw branch. She is currently Assistant Vice President. Her 16 years of banking experience in the local and international realm or management and lending brings much knowledge to FNB customers. Lance Lillard is an Assistant Vice President and the Assistant Branch Manager of the First National Bank Del City Branch. He started with FNB as a float teller in 2004, after moving to Oklahoma City from Dallas, TX. His hometown is Ada, Oklahoma where he graduated from Ada High School, as well as earned his Bachelor's in Business Management from East Central University. Jeff Arvin joined FNB as Vice President/Commercial Banking Officer in March 2007. He brings with him 20 years of experience in all aspects of banking, as well as experience as a small business owner. Chris Wilson joined First National Bank in 2004 as a part time teller at the Tinker BX Branch. He is currently AVP and Assistant Branch Manager of the new Moore Branch. Tracy has been in lending since 1985 and began her career with FNB in 1997 as a loan processor in the Mortgage Department.
