John R. Croak has been around FNB most of his life as well. He is the third generation of Croaks to be employed by the bank that his grandfather, Henry, purchased in 1954. John was born and raised in Midwest City where he graduated from Midwest City High School in 1985. He is also a 1990 graduate of The University of Oklahoma where he received a B.A. in Communication. He furthered his education through the Oklahoma Bankers Association receiving degrees in Basic Banking, Consumer Lending and Commercial Lending. As a third generation Banker, John began his career at FNB in 1983. John has worked in various capacities for First National Bank, ranging from an entry-level position as a courier to managing a Branch. He was elected to the Board in 1997. In early 2002 John began working within the Bank's Central Credit Division. John is now Senior Vice President and Manager of the Central Credit Division and a member of the First National Bank Board. John is active within the community through the YMCA, Midwest City High School Museum and Wickline Methodist Church. John and his wife Heather have one son and live in Midwest City.
