William “Pete” Dowling began his banking career in 1959 and was president of United Bank in Del City beginning in 1989. He retired from banking in 1996 and worked for Bentley Turf Farms and Banker Personnel until a second retirement in 2001. He currently serves as a consultant for FNB in Commercial Underwriting and was elected to the Board in 1997. He and his wife, Linda have four children and reside in Burneyville, OK.
