Joe Koster has over 20 years banking experience and has been with FNB since 1995. He is currently Vice President and Consumer Underwriter. He is responsible for consumer and residential real estate underwriting, system administrator for loan application processing software, and supervisor of the Central Loan Processing Department. He also does in-house training on lending compliance and trains other bankers through the OBA in real estate lending, documentation and compliance. Joe has three gown daughters and lives in the Mid-Del area.
