Monica Amis Wittrock is an attorney who began her career in private practice representing primarily banks and thrift institutions. She is now in corporate practice as state counsel and underwriter for a national title company. She graduated from Midwest City High School in 1975 and attended Oklahoma State University and received a Bachelor of Arts degree, the University of Oklahoma and received a juris doctor degree, and Southern Methodist University for additional training in tax and estate planning. She is involved in various civic organizations in the Oklahoma City area and is a frequent speaker for the Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma Land Title Association, and is the author of several publications. She grew up around banking as her father, Robert Amis, had a long-time association with FNB as President until 1986. She lives in northwestern Oklahoma County with her husband, Kevin, and two children. She was elected to the Board in 1995.
