09/22/2026
FNB Community Bank is pleased to welcome Teresa Shuffield as our new Vice President and Commercial Banking Officer! With an extensive background in banking leadership and a longstanding commitment to serving Eastern Oklahoma County, Teresa brings valuable experience and a relationship-focused approach to our commercial banking team.
In her new role, Teresa will work closely with local businesses and customers, providing personalized financial solutions and helping them achieve their financial goals.
A Career Built on Relationships
A 1984 graduate of Yukon High School, Teresa attended the University of Central Oklahoma, where she studied General Studies and began her banking career as a part-time teller.
Throughout her career, she has held several leadership positions, including Retail Branch Manager, Regional Branch Manager and Branch Manager Lending. Her extensive experience has given her a strong understanding of the financial needs of individuals and businesses throughout the communities she serves.
“I’ve always believed banking is about much more than transactions — it’s about relationships and being there for your customers and your community,” Teresa said. “I’m thrilled to join a locally owned bank that shares those values. I look forward to serving FNB customers, supporting local businesses and continuing to be involved in the communities that mean so much to me.”
A Commitment to Community
Teresa’s dedication to her community extends well beyond banking. She has served in numerous leadership and volunteer roles, including former Board Trustee for the Town of Jones, former Board Member of the Choctaw Area Chamber of Commerce, former Board President of Caring Communities Resource Center and former Board President of WesTen.
She also volunteers at community and booster club events, continuing to support the organizations and people who make Eastern Oklahoma County a great place to live and work.
Outside of her professional and volunteer commitments, Teresa enjoys spending time with her family. She is married, a proud mother of three and grandmother of eight.
Supporting Local Businesses, Building Lasting Relationships
As a locally owned community bank, FNB understands the importance of having experienced bankers who know the communities and businesses they serve. Teresa’s background in banking leadership and community involvement reflects our commitment to relationship-based banking.
We are excited to have Teresa join the FNB family and look forward to the relationships she will continue building with businesses and customers throughout our community.
Please join us in welcoming Teresa to FNB Community Bank!
