  • 4 cans white shoepeg corn, drained
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 jar of jalepenos, chopped and drained
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • Corn or tortilla chips


  1. Mix mayo and sour cream in bowl
  2. Add corn, cheese, and jalepenos
  3. Top with more cheese
  4. Cover with plastic wrap or lid and chill for at least an hour
  5. Serve with corn or tortilla chips for scooping
