Robert H. Croak, Chairman of the Board of FNB Community Bank, is the second generation of the Croak family to be involved with the banking industry.

He began his banking career at American State Bank in 1954. In 1962, the name of the bank was changed to First National Bank of Midwest City by his father, Henry Croak. Robert continued to work in various positions at the bank gaining a solid base of knowledge and experience that would help him guide the bank into the new millennium.

He graduated from Midwest City High School in 1959 and continued his education by receiving his Bachelor of Arts Finance/Commercial Law degree from the University of Oklahoma.

Mr. Croak joined the board in 1971. He has also received numerous certifications and awards from various financial based schools and organizations. Robert takes a very active stance in many Mid-Del civic organizations. He has been a member of the Midwest City Rotary since 1963 and has served as a board member for Midwest City Rotary, Midwest City Chamber of Commerce, Wickline United Methodist Church, Tinker YMCA and currently serves as a Board of Governor of the Rose State College Foundation. He was appointed as a Regent for Rose State College in 1993 by the Governor of Oklahoma and served 2 terms as Chairman of the Rose State College Board of Regents.

He also served on the Board of Directors of Bankers Bank of Oklahoma for 6 years. The Oklahoma Bankers Association recognized Robert for "50 years in Oklahoma Banking" in May 2004. In 2022, Robert was part of the fourth class inducted into the Oklahoma Bankers Hall of Fame after 68 years of employment at FNB Community Bank.

Robert and his wife, Linda, were married for 59 years before her passing in October 2022. They have three children, William H. Croak, John R. Croak and Shelly Croak-Yocham and are very proud to have six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Michael Terry Anderson, M.D.
Michael Terry Anderson, M.D.

Michael Terry Anderson, M.D. is a Midwest City family physician associated with Midwest Medical Group and he is a former chief of staff at Midwest Regional Medical Center and now serves on the hospital's Board of Trustees. He was graduated from Oklahoma City University and The University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. He is a member of Wickline United Methodist Church and spends some of his spare time doing missions work. He and his family reside in Eastern Oklahoma County. He joined the Board in 2004.

Tim Ballard
Tim Ballard

Timothy T. Ballard has been in banking since 1978 and with FNB Community Bank since 1990. He is currently Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Operations Division Manager, serving on the President's Advisory Committee and on the Board of Directors for FNB. Mr. Ballard joined the board of directors in 2007. He earned a Banking and Finance degree from Rose State College, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in the Management of Human Resources as well as a Master of Science in Management degree from Southern Nazarene University. Mr. Ballard has contributed to the community by teaching several business and legal courses as an Adjunct Professor at Rose State College and served as reserve police officer for 14 years for the City of Del City. Currently, he serves as a commissioner on the Del City Civil Service Commission. He and his family reside in Eastern Oklahoma County.

Dave Bryan
Dave Bryan

Dave Bryan joined FNB in 1976 as a teller and from there was promoted to the position of Auditor in 1978. Dave retired as the Comptroller, Senior Vice-President and Division Manager at the end of 2010. He was graduated from The University of Oklahoma and Southern Nazarene University. He also is a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking and BAI Graduate School of Bank Operations and Technology. He resides in Eastern Oklahoma County and has one daughter. He joined the Board in 1993 and continues his loyal support today.

Allen Clark
Allen Clark

Allen Clark is owner of Clark Construction, Inc., a general contracting company. He was elected to the Board in 2004. He was graduated from Star Spencer High School and attended Rose State College. He is involved with the Chambers of Commerce in Midwest City, Del City and Oklahoma City and is a member of Rose State College Foundation Board and the Tinker Leadership Council. He volunteers with Mission Mid-Del. He and his family reside in Oklahoma City.

John R. Croak
John R. Croak

John R. Croak has been around FNB most of his life as well. He is the third generation of Croaks to be employed by the bank that his grandfather, Henry, purchased in 1954. John was born and raised in Midwest City where he graduated from Midwest City High School in 1985. He is also a 1990 graduate of The University of Oklahoma where he received a B.A. in Communication. He furthered his education through the Oklahoma Bankers Association receiving degrees in Basic Banking, Consumer Lending and Commercial Lending. As a third generation Banker, John began his career at FNB in 1983. John has worked in various capacities for FNB Community Bank, ranging from an entry-level position as a courier to managing a Branch. He was elected to the Board in 1997. In early 2002 John began working within the Bank's Central Credit Division. John is now Executive Vice President, Sales Division Manager, and Vice Chairman of the Board of FNB Community Bank. John is active within the community through the YMCA, Midwest City High School Museum and Wickline Methodist Church. John and his wife Heather have two children and live in Oklahoma City.

Kyle Croak
Kyle Croak

Kyle W. Croak is part of the fourth-generation of the Croak family to work at FNB Community Bank. Kyle began working as a part-time teller at FNB Community Bank in December 2011; becoming a part-time Personal Banking Assistant in May 2014. Upon graduation from college he was named Commercial Banking Officer in January 2015. In December 2018, Kyle was promoted to Vice President Commercial Banking Officer. Kyle was elected to the FNB Board of Directors in April 2023.

Kyle grew up in Midwest City and graduated from Carl Albert High School in 2011, attended Sterling College in Sterling, Kansas, where he received his Bachelor of Sciences in Business with an emphasis in Leadership Management and graduated cum laude in December 2014.  In 2018, Kyle graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado.

Kyle serves on the Board of the Community Bankers Association of Oklahoma’s Horizon Bankers, is a member of the Oklahoma Bankers’ Association’s Emerging Leaders, and is a graduate of Midwest City Citizens’ Police Academy Spring of 2016. Kyle is an active member of the East Oklahoma County Rotary Club. Additionally, Kyle is a Trustee on the Mid-Del Public School Foundation Board and board member for the Choctaw Chamber of Commerce.

Kyle currently resides in Choctaw with his wife, Meredith and their children, Mason and Sophie. They attend Choctaw United Methodist Church.

William H. Croak
William H. Croak

W.H. "Bill" Croak has been around FNB Community Bank most of his life. He is the third generation of Croaks to be employed by the bank that his grandfather, Henry, purchased in 1954. He was born and raised in Midwest City and graduated from Midwest City High School in 1982. Bill attended The University of Oklahoma where he was a member of Delta Upsilon Fraternity. He earned his Bachelor of Science in 1989 from The University of Central Oklahoma.

He attended Oklahoma Bankers Association Banking School at Oklahoma State University, ABA Bank Marketing Schools at The University of Houston and The University of Wisconsin. 

After a variety of positions at FNB starting in November of 1980, Bill is currently Bank President & CEO and Vice Chairman of the FNB Community Bank Board. He is on the Board of the Community Bankers Association of Oklahoma. Additonally, he is past Chairman and Board Member of Bankers Bank of Oklahoma. Bill serves as the Federal Delegate for Oklahoma for the ICBA (Independent Community Bankers of America). He is a Board Member for the National Organization - Association of American Military Banks (AMBA) and the Armed Forced Financial Network (AFFN).

He is deeply involved in his surrounding communities. Bill is a Regent at Rose State College and has recently served as the Chairman of the Board of Regents. He was named an Honorary Commander of the 552d Air Control Wing at Tinker Air Force Base. He was a member of the Midwest City Chamber of Commerce Leadership Class of 1990. He also served as 1996 Midwest City, OK Chamber of Commerce Chairman of the Board. Other civic duties include past Chairman of the Rose State College Foundation, Inc., Past Board Member of the Mid-Del Schools Foundation, Inc. and active memberships in the Oklahoma City, Del City, Harrah, Moore and Choctaw Chambers of Commerce. He is a member of the Bank Marketing Association, Oklahoma Bankers Association and American Marketing Association. He is a past member of the Oklahoma City Men's Dinner Club.

He and his wife Sherri have three children, two son-in-laws, one daughter-in-law, six grandchildren, and reside in Eastern Oklahoma County.

Ed Krei
Ed Krei

Mr. Krei retired from the Baker Group, an institution investment firm serving financial institutions. He formerly worked in banking and in public accounting with Arthur Andersen & Company. He is a frequent speaker at banking, investment and regulatory conferences nationally. He has spoken for the Federal Reserve Board of Governors, the FDIC, the Comptroller of the Currency and the Conference of State Bank Supervisors.  He has consulted with central banks in Eastern Europe and Russia and has been a faculty member of numerous graduate banking school programs including LSU, SMU, Colorado and the ABA national commercial lending graduate school. Ed received a BBA with honors in accounting from the University of Mississippi and was a gold medalist on the CPA examination in Tennessee. He was inducted into the Phi Kappa Phi, Beta Gamma Sigma and Beta Alpha Psi honor societies.  A participant in the Leadership Oklahoma City program, Krei has served on Boards or committees of numerous civic and charitable organizations including Junior Achievement, Allied Arts Foundation, Arthritis Foundation, United Way and the Oklahoma City Community Foundation.

Henry E. Laakman, Jr.

Henry E. Laakman, Jr. is a retired Colonel in the U.S. Air Force with 26 years of service. He then retired from The Boeing Company and is now doing private consulting. He was graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1968 with a Bachelor's in Business Administration. He has an MA degree from Webster University and a MS degree from the Air Force Institute of Technology. He is an active member of the Midwest City Rotary Club and serves on the Board of Directors for the Science Museum of Oklahoma. Hank has two grown children and resides in Midwest City. He joined the Board in 1995.

John Lassiter
John Lassiter

John Lassiter is a long-time area businessman who owns Lassiter Drugs in Del City. He was graduated from Midwest City High School and Southwestern Oklahoma State University. He is active in several pharmacists' associations and the Del City Chamber of Commerce. He and his family reside in Moore. He was elected to the Board in 2004.

Charles A. Lewis
Charles A. Lewis

Charles A. Lewis is President of Lewis Mfg. Co. located in OKC. He is a third generation owner of his family business, and a third generation director for the board — having been elected in May of 2015. He graduated from Western Heights High School in OKC and attended Oklahoma State University. He and his wife have three children, live in NW OKC and are members of All Souls Episcopal Church. They are also members of the Guild of Saint George. Mr. Lewis is a perpetual member and past master of OKC Masonic Lodge # 36, he also enjoys reprising a part in the Scottish Rite reunions twice yearly.

Ed Porter
Ed Porter

Ed Porter is a local commercial/real estate broker who owns Porter Investment Company, Realtors. He was graduated from Northeast High School, The University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration as well as certifications in real estate and mortgage banking from Southern Methodist University and Northwestern University, respectively. He is involved with numerous civic organizations where he has held various offices. He and his family reside in Edmond. He was elected to the Board in 2004.

Mark Schlegel
Mark Schlegel

Mark Schlegel is President of Insurance Marketers Agency Inc. He sells Life and Long Term Care Insurance along with Group Life, Group Long and Short Term Disability and Group Dental Insurance.

He is a graduate of Putnam City High School and Oklahoma State University.  Mark and his wife JoAnn live in Northwest Oklahoma City. He has two children who both reside in Texas.

He is on the Administrative Board at St. Luke’s Methodist Church. Mark is very involved in End Hunger OKC. He helps with the Mobile Market and delivers Meals on Wheels. Mark was elected to the Board in 2014. He has had an Account at FNB for more than 40 years.

Julie Croak Waddle
Julie Croak Waddle

Julie (Croak) Waddle is part of the fourth generation of Croaks to have worked at FNB Community Bank. Julie began working part-time for FNB Community Bank in April 2012 in the Solutions Center. Throughout college, Julie worked as a teller during her summers off from class. During Julie's senior year at The University of Oklahoma, she worked part-time as the Operations Intern, rotating through each department of the bank. In April 2016, Julie switched to full-time as the Digital Marketing Manager. She became Assistant Vice President in December 2016. Julie was elected to the FNB Board of Directors in April 2023 and promoted to Vice President, Marketing Officer on January 1, 2024.

Julie graduated from The University of Oklahoma's Price College of Business with dual majors in Marketing and Management with special distinction. At OU, Julie was a member of the Alpha Phi sorority, the President's Leadership Class, and the Campus Activities Council Executive Committee. She also volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters while in school.

Julie attended and graduated from the Oklahoma Bankers Association's Basic Banking School in 2016 and the OBA's Intermediate Banking School in 2017. She graduated from the OBA Emerging Leaders Academy in 2018. Currently, Julie annually teaches at the Oklahoma Bankers Association's Basic Banking & Intermediate Schools. She is also a member of the Women in Banking committee for the Oklahoma Bankers Association. In 2022, Julie graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado as Class Representative after receiving a 3-year Future Leader scholarship.

Julie is a NextGen Under 30 in Oklahoma winner and a 2022 40 Under 40 Emerging Community Bank Leaders recipient from the Independent Community Bankers of America.

Julie currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Mid-Del Food Pantry, Board of Governors for the Rose State College Foundation, and Board of Directors for the Midwest City Chamber of Commerce. She is a past board member for Mid-Del Group Home, past President of the Junior Service League of Midwest City, and past Chair of the Board for the Mid-Del Food Pantry.

Monica Amis Wittrock

Monica Amis Wittrock began her career in private law practice representing banks and real estate developers. She is currently senior underwriting counsel for a national title insurance company. She graduated from Midwest City High School in 1975 and attended Oklahoma State University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree. She attended the University of Oklahoma School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor degree. She is involved in various civic organizations in the Oklahoma City area and is a frequent speaker for the Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma Land Title Association, Oklahoma Real Estate Commission, and is the author of several publications. She has also been appointed by Governors to serve on various state boards, including the Oklahoma Abstractors Board and the Oklahoma Licensure Board for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors and the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission. She grew up around banking, as her father, Robert S. Amis, had a long-time association with FNB Community Bank as President until 1986. She lives in northwestern Oklahoma County with her husband, Kevin. They have two married children, Rob and Sarah. She was elected to the Board in 1995.

Shelly Croak Yocham
Shelly Croak Yocham

Shelly Croak Yocham began working at FNB Community Bank in 1988. Shelly is the daughter of Robert and Linda Croak and the sister of William & John Croak. She attended Midwest City High School and continued her schooling at Rose State College & the University of Oklahoma after returning from Argentina as a Rotary International Exchange Student. She is involved in the community as a sustaining member of Junior Service League,Philanthropic Educational Organization (PEO), and Wickline United Methodist Church. She enjoys Thunder basketball and traveling. She resides in Eastern Oklahoma County with her husband and daughter.
