Jeff Arvin joined FNB Community Bank as Vice President/Commercial Banking Officer in March 2007. He has 25 years experience in all aspects of banking, as well as experience as a small business owner. Jeff is the Manager of FNB Community Bank's Moore Branch and is actively involved in the Moore community, where he lives. He is the Vice-Chairman of the board of Moore Youth and Family Services as well as Vice-Chairman of the board of Crime Stoppers of Moore. Kyle W. Croak began working as a part-time teller at FNB Community Bank in December 2011; becoming a part-time Personal Banking Assistant in May 2014. Upon graduation from college he was named Commercial Banking Officer in January 2015.
Kyle grew up in Midwest City and graduated from Carl Albert High School in 2011, attended Sterling College in Sterling, Kansas, where he received his Bachelor of Sciences in Business with an emphasis in Leadership Management and graduated cum laude in December 2014. Kyle is part of the fourth-generation of the Croak family to work at FNB Community Bank. Kyle is currently attending the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado. He also serves on the Board of the Community Bankers Association of Oklahoma’s Horizon Bankers, is a member of the Oklahoma Bankers’ Association’s Emerging Leaders, and is a graduate of Midwest City Citizens’ Police Academy Spring of 2016. Kyle is an active member of the East Oklahoma County Rotary Club.
Kyle currently resides in Choctaw with his chocolate lab, Cooper, and his wife, Meredith. They attend Choctaw United Methodist Church.

Alex began his career in banking with FNB Community Bank, then called First National Bank of Midwest City, in November of 2007. Alex has held numerous roles within the bank from bank teller to branch management on Tinker AFB, to his current title and position- Vice President Commercial Banking Officer. Alex graduated from Rose State College with his associates in Liberal Studies in 2008 and went on to attend Southern Nazarene University. He has also attended numerous banking schools taught by the OK Bankers Association in OKC and Stillwater: Basic Banking School, Consumer Lending School, Commercial Lending School, Supervisory Bootcamp, Financial Statement Analysis 1&2 - just to name a few.
Alex is a graduate of the Midwest City Leadership Program and OK Banker’s Leadership Program. He is a past president of the Del City Chamber of Commerce. Currently, he sits on the Executive Board for the Choctaw Area Chamber of Commerce. He was appointed to Treasurer for the Choctaw Economic Development Authority in 2016. He also serves as the 2016-2017 President for the Midwest City Rotary Club, Midwest City YMCA Board of Advisors, Board Member for the Eastern Oklahoma County Partnership, and Co-Chairman for the Hardin-Miller Endowment Committee in association with the OK Small Business Development Center at Rose State College.
Alex has been married to his wife Lindsey Lancaster for the last 7 years and they have 1 daughter, Elizabeth Kay Lancaster, who was born September 1st, 2016. They currently live in Midwest City and attend the Choctaw United Methodist Church.

Jim Segerstrom joined FNB Community Bank as Vice President & Commercial Banking Officer in April 2013. He brought with him 25 years of sales and service experience in the financial services industry. Jim is a graduate of the University of North Texas where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Marketing. He is also a graduate of the Oklahoma Bankers Association Commercial Lending School and is active in the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce and the Commercial Real Estate Council. Jim and his wife Julie have a daughter and son and reside in Oklahoma City.
Kelly Stanford joined FNB Community Bank in January 1995. She started as a part-time teller and was subsequently promoted to the Shift Leader position. She later became the Motor Bank Supervisor. Kelly moved to the main bank as a Personal Banking Assistant. She then went to the commercial banking area, as a Commercial Banking assistant followed by Commercial Banking Officer and currently is Assistant Vice President/Commercial Services Officer. Kelly's experience in various areas of the bank provides her customers with unparalleled customer service. She attended Rose State College and OBA Consumer Lending School. She is married with three children and three grandchildren and lives in Eastern Oklahoma County.

Sandy Breed has been with FNB Community Bank since 1998 and is currently Vice President/Branch Manager at the Harrah branch. She has held positions previously at FNB Community Bank as a teller, teller supervisor, commercial teller, personal banking assistant and administrative assistant. Tracy Burton is Assistant Vice President & Assistant Branch Manager at FNB Community Bank's Choctaw Branch. She has been in lending since 1985 and began her career with FNB in 1997 as a loan processor in the Mortgage Department. Matt Conover joined FNB Community Bank in 2012. He started as a float teller, and was promoted to teller supervisor before taking his current position as a personal banking assistant at the Douglas Branch. Matt graduated from Carl Albert High School in 2006, and continued his education at the University of Oklahoma where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education degree. Matt has lived in the Oklahoma metro area his whole life and currently resides in Midwest City.
Elsie Cruz has over 23 years of banking experience, 14 of which are with FNB Community Bank. She was born in Guam, US Territory and was raised all over the world, as her father was in the US Army. She graduated from George Washington High School, Guam in 1991 and started banking as a teller in 1993. Elsie moved to Oklahoma in 2002 and started working at FNB Community Bank that December as a float teller. Elsie has served in many positions at FNB, including Teller Shift Supervisor, Central Credit, Loan Processing Clerk, Solutions Center Representative, Personal Banking Assistant. Her current title is Assistant Vice President, Personal Banking Officer at our Del City Branch. Elsie has 3 sons: Frankie, Ethan, and Robert, as well as one precious grand-daughter, Nova'Lynn.
Michelle Devinney started her career with FNB Community Bank as a part-time teller in 1998. She has held several positions within the Bank. In 2004, she moved with her husband and family to Albuquerque, New Mexico due to military orders. She joined FNB again in October of 2006 as a Personal Banking Officer, and currently serves as Vice President and Branch Manager for the BX/3001 Branches located on Tinker AFB. Angie Dowdy began her banking career in 1982 and has been with FNB Community Bank since 1986. She started as a Transit Clerk and was promoted to ATM Clerk followed by ATM Coordinator. In that position, she oversaw the ATM/CIF department. She is currently Assistant Vice President in Personal Banking and Assistant Branch Manager at the Douglas Branch. She provides her customer base with knowledge of banking and financial services. Educational experience includes graduating from Del City High School and attending Rose State College and South Community College. Angie is married with two children and a five year old granddaughter.
Mistie Gibson-Kennedy joined FNB Community Bank as a Personal Banking Officer in 2004. She is currently a Vice President and Branch Manager at our Choctaw Branch. Garnering banking experience since 1989 in both the local and international realm, her management and lending experience are wonderful additions to FNB. She graduated from Carl Albert High School and has certificates from the Oklahoma Bankers Association in Consumer and Commercial Lending and Management. Her community involvement includes membership in Junior Service League for 8 years and serving on the Board for 4 years. Briggette Gipson was born in Oklahoma City, but grew up in Moore, Oklahoma. She moved to Midwest city when she was 16 years old. Briggette graduated from Carl Albert High School and the Mid-Del Technology Center with her cosmetology license in 2007. Briggette started working at FNB in May 2007 as a part-time float teller and converted to full-time in November 2007 at the Del City Branch. She was then promoted to Teller Shift Leader in September 2009 and then transferred to Personal Banking Assistant in May 2011. Following that, she was promoted to Personal Banking Officer in December 2015 and currently serves as Assistant Vice President & Personal Banking Officer for Del City Branch. Briggette says she enjoys working at FNB and will be celebrating 10 years with the bank May 2017. Briggette and her husband, Quinthum Gipson, live in Del City with their two children, Quan & Quamir.
Rebecca Glass began her banking career with FNB Community Bank in January 2009 as a part time teller. Shortly after, she became a Commercial Teller, followed by Teller Supervisor and eventually Personal Banking Officer. Rebecca is now Assistant Vice President at our Moore location. Additionally, Rebecca is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma, where she earned her Bachelor of Science specializing in Organizational Leadership. Garrett Hendley started his career at FNB Community Bank in 2009. He was originally hired on as a part-time Float Teller while he was attending Rose State College. Garrett was a high achieving teller who we rewarded with multiple promotions and career advancements. He has worked as a Commercial Teller, Teller Supervisor, Teller Services Coordinator, Personal Banking Assistant, and currently serves as an Assistant Vice President and Personal Banking Officer at our BX Branch on Tinker Air Force Base. Niki Latschar has lived in Eastern Oklahoma since 1997. She attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University and Rose State College. Niki has been with FNB since 2004. She completed Consumer lending school and is a graduate of the Midwest City Citizens Police Academy and the Midwest City Leadership. Niki is a Vice President Personal Banking officer and Branch Manager at the Douglas branch.
Lance Lillard is an Assistant Vice President/Assistant Branch Manager of the FNB Community Bank Del City Branch. He started with FNB as a float teller in 2004, after moving to Oklahoma City from Dallas, TX. His hometown is Ada, Oklahoma where he graduated from Ada High School, as well as earned his Bachelor's in Business Management from East Central University. He is a graduate of the Oklahoma Banker's Consumer Lending School. Mr. Lillard resides in downtown Oklahoma City.
Nick Morgan joined FNB Community Bank in August of 2015 after working for Bank of Oklahoma. He has since become Assistant Vice President, Personal Banking Officer at our Main Branch in Midwest City. Nick graduated from Choctaw High School, as well as earned his Bachelor’s in Business Management from Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee Oklahoma. Carolyn Panaras started with FNB Community Bank in 1986 as a Customer Service Representative. She then moved to the Special Services Department where she was promoted to the supervisor of Customer Service in 1991. Her overall understanding and knowledge of banking is a benefit in her current position as Assistant Vice President and Personal Banking Officer. Carolyn is a life time resident of Del City and was graduated from Del City High School. She completed the OBA Consumer Lending School at Oklahoma State University, and graduated with honors from the Midwest City Leadership Class of 2000. She was chosen as Ambassador of the Year in 2001 for the MWC Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors. Carolyn is married with two children and one grandson.

Cheryl Ritterskamp is a lifetime resident of Midwest City and graduated from Midwest City High School in 1972. She continued her education at Rose State College for two years. She truly has worked her way up through the rank of FNB Community Bank. She began as a trainee in the Proof Department in 1972. From there she advanced to a full-time position in the Imprinting Department through 1973-1974 when FNB printed their own checks. In 1975 she moved upstairs as a credit clerk and then was promoted to the Loan Department. She began her tenure as a Loan Secretary then moved on to the position of Administrative Assistant helping customers with their loan needs. She was named Consumer Loan Officer in 1994 and promoted to her current position as Personal Banking Officer in March of 1995. Cheryl was promoted to Vice President in 2007. She and her husband John live in Midwest City and have two children, Nicole and Hunter.
