Shelby Alexander was born and raised in Midwest City. She started working at FNB Community Bank right out of high school in November 2016 as a part-time teller. She was promoted to full-time teller supervisor in 2017 at the Douglas branch and then promoted to a Personal Banking Assistant in 2020. Currently, she works as a Personal Banking Officer at the Douglas branch after being promoted in 2022.

Shelby has attended a handful of courses to help in her banking career, such as supervisor boot camp, Basic Banking School, IRA Basics Seminar, etc.

Jeff Arvin

Jeff Arvin joined FNB Community Bank as Vice President/Commercial Banking Officer in March 2007. He has over 25 years experience in all aspects of banking, as well as experience as a small business owner. Jeff is the Manager of FNB Community Bank's Moore Branch and is actively involved in the Moore community, where he lives. He is the President of the board of Moore Youth and Family Services, Chairman of the Board for the City of Moore Parks Board, and Vice-Chairman of the board of Crime Stoppers of Moore. Curtis Blunt
Curtis Blunt

Curtis Blunt brings an exceptional military background to his position as VP, Branch Manager of the Tinker Air Force Base, Base Exchange branch. He retired from the United States Navy as a Command Master Chief with more than 36 years of service.  He graduated from Chickasha High School and entered the military in 1987.  He served in multiple positions across the Naval Services including Shipboard, Aviation, Logistics and Expeditionary organizations.  His duties included serving as a Marine Basic Combat Skills Specialist, Leading Chief Petty Officer, Career Information Programs Advisor and Command Master Chief.

Curtis’ last tour was as the III Marine Expeditionary Force Command Master Chief, the largest overseas-positioned Marine Corps combat force. During his military service, Curtis spent 22 of 36 years shipboard, deployed or stationed overseas.  He participated in Operations Desert Shield/Desert Storm, Southern Watch, Vigilant Sentinel, Desert Strike, and Iraqi Freedom; earthquake disaster relief in Japan; typhoon disaster relief in the Philippines, and Joint Task Force Katrina.  His personal decorations include the Legion of Merit (two), Meritorious Service Medal (four), Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (five), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (five), Combat Action Ribbon, Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal and various other unit, campaign and personal awards.

Curtis is a Member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc, holds an Associate of Arts Degree in Psychology and Applied Science, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Management (Magna Cum Laude) and a Masters in Organizational Leadership. Curtis currently resides in Spencer with his wife.   

Zoe Blunt
Zoe Blunt

Zoe Blunt started working at FNB Community bank on March 3, 1993. She worked at the Main Motor Bank and later moved to the BX where she was a commercial teller. Zoe left on June 29,2004 due to a military move to Chicago.

Her second time at the bank was July 22, 2008 and she worked at the Main Bank Lobby as a commercial teller and then later on became the teller supervisor. She left on December 12 2010 to for another military move to Japan.

Zoe returned March 29, 2011 due to the earthquake in Japan and worked at the Del City branch in customer service. She left in August because the military called her family back.

Finally, Zoe came back August 2021 after her husband retired after 35 years of service and says she is glad to be back home in Oklahoma and at FNB. She is currently at the Main Bank as the Assistant Vice President of Teller Services.

On her many travels with her husband, she worked at banks overseas as a teller and Banking Service Manager. Zoe is also part of the Senior Enlisted Advisor Board and mentors young wives transitioning to military life.

Tracy Burton

Tracy Burton began her career with FNB Community Bank in 1997.  She started as a Loan Processor in the Mortgage Department.  Tracy moved to the Choctaw Branch in 2005 as a Personal Banking Assistant followed by Personal Banking Officer then Assistant Vice President / Assistant Branch Manager.  She is currently Vice President / Branch Manager of the Choctaw Branch.  She graduated from Consumer Lending School at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK.  Tracy previously served as Treasurer for the Choctaw-Nicoma Park Lions Club and served as a Reserve Police Officer for the City of Choctaw for 8 years.  Tracy and her husband Chuck reside in Choctaw.

Matt Conover

John R. Croak
John R. Croak

John R. Croak has been around FNB most of his life as well. He is the third generation of Croaks to be employed by the bank that his grandfather, Henry, purchased in 1954. John was born and raised in Midwest City where he graduated from Midwest City High School in 1985. He is also a 1990 graduate of The University of Oklahoma where he received a B.A. in Communication. He furthered his education through the Oklahoma Bankers Association receiving degrees in Basic Banking, Consumer Lending and Commercial Lending. As a third generation Banker, John began his career at FNB in 1983. John has worked in various capacities for FNB Community Bank, ranging from an entry-level position as a courier to managing a Branch. He was elected to the Board in 1997. In early 2002 John began working within the Bank's Central Credit Division. John is now Executive Vice President, Sales Division Manager, and Vice Chairman of the Board of FNB Community Bank. John is active within the community through the YMCA, Midwest City High School Museum and Wickline Methodist Church. John and his wife Heather have two children and live in Oklahoma City.

Julie Croak Waddle
Julie Croak Waddle

Julie (Croak) Waddle is part of the fourth generation of Croaks to have worked at FNB Community Bank. Julie began working part-time for FNB Community Bank in April 2012 in the Solutions Center. Throughout college, Julie worked as a teller during her summers off from class. During Julie's senior year at The University of Oklahoma, she worked part-time as the Operations Intern, rotating through each department of the bank. In April 2016, Julie switched to full-time as the Digital Marketing Manager. She became Assistant Vice President in December 2016. Julie was elected to the FNB Board of Directors in April 2023 and promoted to Vice President, Marketing Officer on January 1, 2024.

Julie graduated from The University of Oklahoma's Price College of Business with dual majors in Marketing and Management with special distinction. At OU, Julie was a member of the Alpha Phi sorority, the President's Leadership Class, and the Campus Activities Council Executive Committee. She also volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters while in school.

Julie attended and graduated from the Oklahoma Bankers Association's Basic Banking School in 2016 and the OBA's Intermediate Banking School in 2017. She graduated from the OBA Emerging Leaders Academy in 2018. Currently, Julie annually teaches at the Oklahoma Bankers Association's Basic Banking & Intermediate Schools. She is also a member of the Women in Banking committee for the Oklahoma Bankers Association. In 2022, Julie graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado as Class Representative after receiving a 3-year Future Leader scholarship.

Kyle Croak
Kyle Croak

Kyle W. Croak is part of the fourth-generation of the Croak family to work at FNB Community Bank. Kyle began working as a part-time teller at FNB Community Bank in December 2011; becoming a part-time Personal Banking Assistant in May 2014. Upon graduation from college he was named Commercial Banking Officer in January 2015. In December 2018, Kyle was promoted to Vice President Commercial Banking Officer. Kyle was elected to the FNB Board of Directors in April 2023.

Kyle grew up in Midwest City and graduated from Carl Albert High School in 2011, attended Sterling College in Sterling, Kansas, where he received his Bachelor of Sciences in Business with an emphasis in Leadership Management and graduated cum laude in December 2014.  In 2018, Kyle graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado.

Kyle serves on the Board of the Community Bankers Association of Oklahoma’s Horizon Bankers, is a member of the Oklahoma Bankers’ Association’s Emerging Leaders, and is a graduate of Midwest City Citizens’ Police Academy Spring of 2016. Kyle is an active member of the East Oklahoma County Rotary Club. Additionally, Kyle is a Trustee on the Mid-Del Public School Foundation Board and board member for the Choctaw Chamber of Commerce.

Jennifer Day

Jennifer Day has been with FNB Community Bank since 1994. She began her employment as a teller and was quickly promoted to the ATM/CIF department. She was again promoted to the position of Personal Banking Assistant, Administrative Assistant and most recently Assistant Vice President. She is directly responsible for opening new customer accounts, taking loan applications, and establishing CDs and IRAs. Angie Dowdy

Angie Dowdy began her banking career in 1982 and has been with FNB Community Bank since 1986. She started as a Transit Clerk and was promoted to ATM Clerk followed by ATM Coordinator. In that position, she oversaw the ATM/CIF department. She is currently Assistant Vice President in Personal Banking and Assistant Branch Manager at the Douglas Branch. Corey Edwards

Briggette Gipson was born in Oklahoma City, but grew up in Moore, Oklahoma. She moved to Midwest city when she was 16 years old. Briggette graduated from Carl Albert High School and the Mid-Del Technology Center with her cosmetology license in 2007. Briggette started working at FNB in May 2007 as a part-time float teller and converted to full-time in November 2007 at the Del City Branch. She was then promoted to Teller Shift Leader in September 2009 and then transferred to Personal Banking Assistant in May 2011. Sarah Graham

Sarah Graham started her career in banking at FNB Community Bank as a part time Float Teller in 2016. Since then she has worked as a Commercial Teller and Assistant Vice President, Commercial Banking Assistant. In 2021, Sarah was promoted to Commercial Services Officer.

Alex began his career in banking with FNB Community Bank, then called First National Bank of Midwest City, in November of 2007.  Alex has held numerous roles within the bank from bank teller to branch management on Tinker AFB, to his current title and position- Vice President Commercial Banking Officer. Alex graduated from Rose State College with his associates in Liberal Studies in 2008 and went on to attend Southern Nazarene University. Shawn Reiswig

Shawn Reiswig first became involved in residential lending in 1999 before beginning his career at FNB Community Bank in March of 2010. Currently, he is a Vice President at FNB and specializes in secondary market residential lending. Shawn has over 21 years of lending experience specializing in: Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA and FHA lending. 

Originally from Loyal, OK, a small farming community in Kingfisher County, Shawn graduated from Lomega High School in 1994; continuing his education with a B.S. from The University of Central Oklahoma. He has continued his banking education by completing both Consumer Lending and Intermediate Banking School through the Oklahoma Bankers Association in Oklahoma City. Cheryl Ritterskamp
Cheryl Ritterskamp

Cheryl Ritterskamp is a lifetime resident of Midwest City and graduated from Midwest City High School in 1972. She continued her education at Rose State College for two years. She truly has worked her way up through the rank of FNB Community Bank. She began as a trainee in the Proof Department in 1972. From there she advanced to a full-time position in the Imprinting Department through 1973-1974 when FNB printed their own checks. In 1975 she moved upstairs as a credit clerk and then was promoted to the Loan Department. She began her tenure as a Loan Secretary then moved on to the position of Administrative Assistant helping customers with their loan needs. She was named Consumer Loan Officer in 1994 and promoted to her current position as Personal Banking Officer in March of 1995. Cheryl was promoted to Vice President in 2007. Jeff Weber

Jeff Weber was born and raised in the north western side of Oklahoma City. He moved to Moore during his high school years, where he still resides today. He graduated from Bishop McGuinness Catholic High School in 2007 and started his banking career in 2009 at a local bank in Moore, Ok as a night shift drive-thru teller. He started working at FNB Community Bank in June of 2012 and has worked with the bank for more than 10 years.

He now serves as an Assistant Vice President and eCommerce Specialist at the Main Branch. He currently has more than 7 years of experience with eCommerce products such as ACH Deposits and Payments, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Mobile Deposit, Online Bill Pay, Person-to-Person payments through Zelle among many other eCommerce related products.

Sarah West

Sarah West joined FNB Community Bank in 2014 as a customer service representative. In December 2018, Sarah was promoted to an Assistant Vice President in the Solution Center, working with all departments of the bank. She was born in Midwest City, raised in Harrah, then moved back to Midwest City while in college. She graduated with a Bachelors of Liberal Arts degree in History Education from the University of Central Oklahoma.
