FNB Community Bank is proud to announce the promotion of Ashley Graham to Branch Manager of its Tinker Air Force Base BX branch.

Ashley brings over a decade of banking experience to her new role. She began her career in 2013 as a teller and was later promoted to Banking Center Supervisor while working on a military base in Okinawa, Japan. Following her return to the United States in 2020, she continued her banking career in Nevada as a Universal Banker with Town and Country Bank.

Ashley joined FNB Community Bank in September 2023 as a Float Teller. Recognized for her experience and leadership, she was quickly promoted to Shift Lead and then Personal Banker. In February 2026, she assumed the role of Branch Manager at the Tinker AFB BX location, where she oversees daily operations and customer service.

“We are excited to have Ashley leading our Tinker branch,” said John Croak, FNB President and CEO. “Her experience, leadership, and dedication to customer service make her an excellent fit for this role.”

Raised in a military family, Ashley has a strong connection to the military community and is passionate about serving those who serve our country.

Ashley looks forward to continuing to build relationships and support the Tinker Air Force Base community. Graham is currently completing the Leadership Midwest City program hosted by the Midwest City Chamber of Commerce.
