No Bake Greek Yogurt Breakfast Bark

Ingredients

  • Parchment Paper
  • 3 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Granola
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 3-4 Strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Line baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Mix greek yogurt and syrup in a bowl
  3. Pour yogurt and syrup mixture onto baking sheet
  4. Spread into a thin layer
  5. Add granola, blueberries, and strawberries
  6. Cover with foil
  7. Place in freezer for at least 2 hours
  8. Remove from freezer and cut into squares in desired sizes
  9. Store in air tight container in freezer until ready to be eaten, as the yogurt mix thaws overtime.
