This week we are proud to feature Jeremy Davidson with Mission in Motion Design.
Jeremy founded Mission in Motion Design in 2007 after starting a new job as a Media & Marketing Director at a local church. Other churches and church members started to ask him about building websites and social media management, so he realized there was gap in the market that he could fill. He also enjoyed this his new passion for digital marketing could flex his creativity muscle.
Jeremy's short term goal for Mission in Motion Design is to connect with as many new clients as possible through community networking events and investing his time into projects that move our community forward.
On top of his side hustle, Jeremy works full time at Shawnee Forward (previously known as Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Authority of Shawnee) as their Marketing and Events Director.
In the long run, Jeremy hopes to continue leading educational workshops for business owners and organizations so they may develop the skills needed to share their story to their target audience via social media. Jeremy said, "I am building a small agency where we can pour focused energy into a small number of clients."
Jeremy also told us about an unforgettable moment in his side hustle. "I recently started working with Darrin Lofton who owns and operates KSNL Aero at the Shawnee Regional Airport. Getting to climb into the planes and watch them fire up was super fun. It is like my own personal air show each time I go out to grab some pictures or video. I also designed a website for his airline in Indonesia this past year and enjoyed learning about the country, the people, and the cultures."
When asked how FNB Community Bank has played a part in his side hustle journey, Jeremy said, "FNB is a great partner in the local chambers that I am a part of. I have really enjoyed employees from all the branches that I have been able to work with. They handle my business perfectly, are very friendly, and always welcome me. I get to see them at local events and sit and chat about work and life."
