Community Banking Month Spotlight: Bill Croak

Community Banking Month Spotlight: Bill Croak

04/08/2022

In honor of #CommunityBankingMonth we are sharing why a few FNB employees think banking local is so important. Starting with none other than our President/CEO, Bill Croak.

This will be Bill's 42nd year as a community banker and he said banking local is special because the people who work at a community bank are from your town, school, and church. He is proud of the qualified employees and quality services offered at FNB Community Bank to our customers.
Bill also said he truly enjoys the staff at FNB. "I appreciate and admire their dedication to serving our customers and community."

Fun fact: Bill met his wife working at the motor bank when he was 17!

Outside of FNB, Bill has given countless hours to our community through various organizations. Currently, he serves as a Board of Regent for Rose State College and was named an Honorary Commander of the 552d Air Control Wing at Tinker Air Force Base. He is also a Board Member for the National Organizations - Association of American Military Banks (AMBA) and Chairman of the Armed Forces Financial Network (AFFN).

He is on the Board of the the Community Bankers Association of Oklahoma and past Chairman and Board Member of Bankers Bank of Oklahoma. Bill also serves on the Safety and Soundness Committee for the ICBA (Independent Community Bankers Association).

It's clear to see Bill's passion for community banking and he wants to thank everyone who continues to #BankLocal!
