Croak and Waddle join FNB Community Bank Board of Directors

FNB Community Bank recently added Kyle Croak and Julie Waddle as advisory board members to its Board of Directors. Both Croak and Waddle are fourth generation Croak family members and will carry on the legacy of community banking that began with their great-grandfather, Henry Croak.

Croak began working at FNB Community Bank in 2011 as a part-time teller. Upon graduation from college he was named Commercial Banking Officer in January 2015. In December 2018, Croak was promoted to Vice President Commercial Banking Officer. Croak grew up in Midwest City and graduated from Carl Albert High School in 2011, attended Sterling College in Sterling, Kansas, where he received his Bachelor of Sciences in Business with an emphasis in Leadership Management and graduated cum laude in December 2014.  In 2018, Kyle graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado.

Waddle began working part-time for FNB Community Bank in April 2012 in the Solutions Center. In April 2016, Julie was promoted to Digital Marketing Manager and became Assistant Vice President in December 2016. Waddle graduated from Carl Albert High School in 2012 and The University of Oklahoma's Price College of Business with dual majors in Marketing and Management with special distinction in 2016. In 2022, Julie graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado as Class Representative after receiving the 3-year Future Leader scholarship from the Oklahoma Bankers Association.

Croak serves on the Board of the Community Bankers Association of Oklahoma’s Horizon Bankers, is a member of the Oklahoma Bankers’ Association’s Emerging Leaders, and is a graduate of Midwest City Citizens’ Police Academy Spring of 2016 and Leadership Midwest City. Croak was a member of the inaugural class of EOC Leadership 2016-2017. Kyle is an active member of the East Oklahoma County Rotary Club and past president. Additionally, Kyle is a Trustee on the Mid-Del Public School Foundation Board.

Waddle is a NextGen Under 30 in Oklahoma winner and a 2022 40 Under 40 Emerging Community Bank Leaders recipient from the Independent Community Bankers of America. Waddle annually teaches at the Oklahoma Bankers Association's Basic Banking & Intermediate Schools. She is also a member of the Women in Banking committee for the Oklahoma Bankers Association. Julie currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Mid-Del Food Pantry and Board of Governors for the Rose State College Foundation. She is a past board member for Mid-Del Group Home, past President of the Junior Service League of Midwest City, and past Chair of the Board for the Mid-Del Food Pantry. Most recently, Waddle graduated from Leadership Midwest City, Class of 2023, and is serving on the 2023 Political Action Committee for the Independent Community Bankers of America.
